This stunning build was commissioned by a local couple who sourced their own land, got all the designs and relevant permissions in place, DNA got to make the plans a reality, with the clients choosing all fixtures and finishes as the build progressed. We are more than happy to work with you, some local land agents, architects etc, to turn your new home from a dream, to a reality. You don’t have to buy on a development of similar new builds, with just a little more effort, you can commission your own, bespoke unique home.

Building or renovating a house is no small task, and there are a lot of moving parts to manage. Since you have a day job and other things to think about, we take all that stress away. You’ll be assigned a personal project manager, who will stay in touch throughout the project, collect information, manage all the different trades at the right times, and keep you updated on progress. So all you have to do is sit back and watch your vision come to life.
