As safety is at the top of our agenda especially due to the nature of our business we needed to ensure our employees had safe access to our office. The pathway and area leading to the office were uneven and we required work to be carried out by competent builders.

Through BNI we have built a strong relationship with DNA Brickwork and are aware of their competence and capability and the importance they place on health and safety. DNA Brickwork also came highly recommended.

After Dave Carpenter visited our premises he was able to issue a quotation which was competitive and we instructed him to proceed with the work. DNA Brickwork's builders were polite and courteous, turned up at the times promised and got on with the work with consideration to us at all times.

Now that the dust has settled and all bills paid, we write to thank you for the fantastic end product that is our extension. We are thrilled that our plans, which date back to before we moved to our house two years ago, have been fulfilled to a quality and extent that exceeded our expectations, and on budget. Our semi detached now offers us and our growing lads a range of options to get away from each other as they approach their teenage years.

As you know, it is likely that we shall need to make some repairs in future, and we hope that you would be able to help us when this becomes necessary. This is because we know that you were always trying your best to move our project forward even when circumstances conspired against you. You made many excellent suggestions which proved to enhance the outcome that had not occurred to us as a result of your considerable experience and admirable expertise. But the main reason we would invite you to work with us again is the civilised and professional approach that you brought to the project. It was often a pleasure to have you and your myriad of colleagues in our house, capable of mustering a laugh in the face of any adversity. Particularly after Tootle's 'dodgy curry'.
